I bought my G6 a little over 9 months ago, all has been a wonderful experience. The sales department was great, no pressure and worked around my budget. They got all the numbers right and made me feel very comfortable.
The couple of times that i've had my oil changed, they were very fast and courteours and always offered to drive me or pick me up on the shuttle.
Great Place, I will buy from them again. Kudos to all the employees, very nice folks.

I have had my car into them three times in 6 months. Every time I get the car back something else goes wrong. The service crew is slow, and inconsiderate. They do not care if you are having warranty work, they just do not offer a loaner car as stated in the GM warranty guide lines.
If I get the car back again with the statement, We couldn't find anything wrong I am going to blow a gasket!
07 G6, 4 CYLINDER SHOULD NOT GET 12 MILES TO THE GALLON, THE BATTERY SHOULD NOT GO DEAD JUST BECAUSE IT WASN'T STARTED OVER THE WEEKEND, THE AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR SHOULD NOT BE RATTLING LIKE IT IS GOING TO BLOW UP.
Stay away from this place, the sales people are just as rude as the service department.
Oh and one more thing they will put things in your car like air cleaners, oil filters, etc and tell you after the fact and charge you $56 dollars for a $6 air cleaner!

After my purchase of my Corvette zo6, I've been going to the University Chevrolet Service dept. for oil changes and a couple of small problems that I've had with my car. They get the job done but they really do not go out of their way to make you feel welcome or that they want you as a customer. Service personnel do their job at an average level and sometimes seem aggravated when I bring the car in. I've had a couple of issues with my car being left outside over the weekend on a recall repair (I drove by to check - how else do you know how they feel about your car) and as a result the car was pretty dirty when I picked it up. I also do not like how they bring the car around using one of the mechanics that is not only sweaty but also a little smelly at times. I guess if you need some warranty work done, it's better than using Champion Chevy, but I don't really recommend them for everyday work.
PROS: Get the job done
CONS: Slow, inconsiderate, unappreciative, don't really car about your car.
