What else can be said that hasn't already? The facilities are TOP NOTCH and the staff is accessible and knowledgeable. They are really full-service with the massage, childcare, and nutrition services.
But the PRICE....as if $40 a month was not enough. Now, not only have their rates gone up, but they no longer offer a student rate or spouse rate. With those discounts, Premier was affordable, but now it is THREE TIMES AS MUCH AS GOLD's!

I joined Women's World a few years ago with a friend who wanted to start going to yoga and pilates. At first I was worried about going to an all-women's gym, but I like it because REAL women go there. You don't have to worry about looking cute or being thin enough to go to the gym (ironic, isn't it?). Instead, the women who work out there are a real inspiration to us all. Check it out!

There are three locations of Gold's Gyms in Tallahassee, FL. This location is on Circle and is the location that I frequented the most.
This location is all right. Looks old inside and for a couple of years the air condition did not work well so I would not recommend this location. But, if you join one Gold's Gym, you can get into all three locations which is very nice.

There are three locations of Gold's Gyms in Tallahassee, FL. This location is on Applachee and is probably the most crowded of the three.
This location very convenient if you work downtown and is very popular during lunch time. It is the largest location of the three Golds in Tallahassee and has a nice variety of equipment.
But, if you join one Gold's Gym, you can get into all three locations which is very nice.

There are three locations of Gold's Gyms in Tallahassee, FL. This location is on Pensacola and is open 24 hours. The only location opened 24 hours.
This location is great. The newest location so all of the equipment is new and the gym is spacious. So far it has not been too crowded there so I like it. Price to join is a little high but you can negotiate them down.
But, if you join one Gold's Gym, you can get into all three locations which is very nice.

I trained at this school for a couple of years and the Master stood around outside and smoked cigars or hid in the office.They used to have an instructor that was really good but he left and now they have guys teaching class that are not even Blackbelts
