Don't ever order a salad at Applebee's without getting the dressing on the side. I had one for lunch and it was drenched with salad dressing. It was not good even after trying to shake the excess dressing off and wiping the lettuce leaves with a napkin. I won't be back.

I place an order on 2/27/09 for (2) Quesdilles burger cooked well done. When i picked the order up and return to work to enjoy my lunch, half way into eating part of 1/2 of the burger is when i discover that the burger was not done well, not even close to be done-well. I call back immediately to inform them of the problem. I spoke with the manager on duty Mr. Tyler he apologize for the burger not being cooked properly and will send me and my friend a recheck coupon for our order. Well we have yet to receive it. I have always enjoy applebee's on my side of town at Capital Circle NW. But with the service I receive from Apalachee Pakway has turn me away from visit again. Especially when your manager can't keep to his word.

We visited this Applebee's during the Orange Bowl. (2006--FSU vs. Penn State.) During our visit we what seemed to be the majority of the staff gathered around a TV in the restaurant, snacking on food and chatting with each other. Our waitress was hurrying around, apparently trying to pick up the slack of the kitchen staff who were watching the game. We also saw a customer have to push his way through the crowd of employees to place a To-Go order. Hopefully on other days the service is better than what we experienced. The food was decent, but for the price I'd prefer to go somewhere else.
