If it weren't for the call ahead seating, I would never go here. I can't stand to wait an hour to be seated. But thankfully they do have this option and I love their steaks. Their salads are awesome, love the croutons and the bread. The cheese fries are soo good, too bad they are soo bad for you.

Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following. great place to go, I recommend to anybody.

Outback has some great steaks and Bloomin' Onions...but the wait is ridiculous! It really doesn't matter when you arrive...at 5 pm it can be just as long of a wait as it is at 8 pm! If you don't mind waiting for an hour or more, especially on weekends, this is a great place to eat. It has something for just about everyone. I wouldn't recommend this to families with young children, because children just can't wait that long to eat. Otherwise, the atmosphere is friendly, the food is all-American (with an Aussie twist), and the service is good. The steamed veggies are perfectly done, never overdone, and the steaks are usually as ordered. If they aren't as you like, they will try again until they get it right for you. The main complaint I have is the wait. They should add on to the place to accommodate more people. Otherwise, this is a tried-and-true place to go.
