I purchased an item and was unhappy with the customer service. I wrote an email to the address listed on their website therapy@shopcake describing the experience and requesting a response. After more than a week, I sent forwarded the previously sent email with another request for response. The next morning I did receive a poorly written, misspelled email implying that maybe I am not the type of "clientel" that normally shops at expensive boutiques, and that I should stick to shopping at Macys and Nordstrom. This response made me want to hurl. And also made me wonder if the store is owned by some sort of confused beauty school drop-out that thinks this is any way to run a business. I hope Nordstrom crushes your teeny little store you into the GROUND. BURN MF BURN. Pros: Nice decor Cons: Everything else

They have the cutest clothes. Great store to stroll around in and look. Very quaint shop in Green Firs Village. A little expensive but well worth every penny.

I love this fun little shop. Yes, the clothing is slightly overpriced and undersized for my taste,however they offer much more than that. It is a great place for a perfect gift (or something for yourself!) that you will not find anywhere else in Tacoma. The atmosphere is very fun and girlie- perfect place to go after lunch with a girlfriend.
