Grand venue for holiday parties, corporate events, dances, and wedding receptions. The biggest drawback is the sound. It echo's very badly depending on who you hire to do the sound for you. If you are seating people upstairs, the sound is even worse, unless you place speakers above. best place to set up sound for band or DJ is directly underneath the court house doors. The planning staff is a bit stuffy, but the place is a one of a kind atmosphere for gala events.

My high school held our prom in this beautifully remodeled train station. It used to be the center of the train station for the city but is not used much for that anymore. Now it's a city/county office building with meeting halls. The prom was beautiful here because the hall overlooks the city and the water.
