I thought it was a scam but this was the best real estate deal for my partner and I. We purchased in Bellevue and the home price was a tad over 500k. We got almost 12,000 back at close form 500 Realty. These guys are very professional and I recommend them to anyone. Ask for Ray Pepper. He seems to be everywhere on blogs but I beleive the best agent in the State of Washington. Hes VERY aggressive for his Buyers in finding a great deal.

I found this place litereally by accident. I was lost, and it actually was a dark and rainy night. I was on my way to somewhere else and took a wrong turn....and, like a fantasy movie, stumbled into the Past.
Chinaberry Hill is the most amazing, magical place, a true, 1889 Victorian mansion tucked into a forgotten corner near downtown Tacoma. It is surrounded by an enveloping garden, a high wall, and tall sheltering trees. Once you climb the steep staircase, you find yourself in another world.
The heavy red drapes in the parlor, the incredible floors, the sumptuous furnishings, the amazing lighting that manages to look period even though it's electrical. This gracious, incredible mansion is now a bed-and-breakfast, and you can stay there for about the same price as you could in a modern, characterless hotel.
At the very least, go and check this place out.... it is an incredible experience just to see it for a few moments.

These two have selling houses for the last 20 years, both in the Federal Way/Tacoma area and in the LA area. They have seen a large variety of market conditions, and know how to best represent you, if you're selling your house or buying a new one. Although I personally haven't used them, I've heard plenty of good things from friends of mine that have!

Robin is a great person to have on your side. She's honest and tells you the truth about things, even if it's not what you want to say. She works with a lot of gay and lesbian clients and is active in several gay and lesbian organizations, but her clientèle is diverse -- you certainly don't need to be gay to use her services. If you get into tough negotiations, you definitely want her on your side! In the meantime, enjoy her warm southern accent and big heart.

She really has an interest in the older homes and figuring out what each buyer is looking for, so it was truly a pleasure working with her to help find the house for us.
