Dr. Ricker really knows his stuff. Both of my sons have breathing troubles when they get colds, so our ARNP (Miki Hayes) recommended that we see Dr. Ricker for more testing and evaluation. I am SO glad that I followed that advice, because Dr. Ricker was thorough in his exams and follow-through. I work with doctors and with my sons' illnesses we've been through a lot of them, so sometimes I have a jaded view of them. I felt that Dr. Ricker's knowledge, professionalism and common, caring courtesy make him one of the better docs that we've been to. He made my kids feel good, and best of all, he found the right medication that really helped my kids and me as a parent to help them better. They have far fewer colds now and they are less severe, so I don't miss work and life anymore. Wow, what a concept. I feel like the Helen Hunt character in "As Good As It Gets" after seeing this specialist, Dr. Ricker. My kids are well again! He even had the American Lung Association follow up with us for a free environmental assessment of my home, and his nurses call just to check in on us. Can't ask for anything better from a healthcare professional. Thanks Dr. Ricker and staff!
