The only complaint I have with the hotel is they charged me a $70 'incidental fee' without telling me at the time of check in nor did they indicate this charge on my bill at check out. I was using my debit card and didn't know about the charge until I checked my online account two days later. When contacting management they said they charge the fee to all customers but don't tell them about the charge and that I would receive the money back in my account in 3 to 5 business days. Nice place to stay, but check your credit/debit statements to make sure you get you incidental fee back. Pros: Nice hotel and walking dist. to Tacoma Dome Cons: Hidden incidental charges

This is a nice hotel in a good area of Tacoma. I am a very reasonable, thrifty traveler, and I consider myself easy going. However, I had a lot of little probelms while staying there. The bed isn't very comfortable, the toilet hardly flushes anything, and there was a spotlight shining directly in my room at all times. Two of the pulgs in the room didn't work, and they are hard to get to. If your room key card goes anywhere near a cell phone or a credit card, it becomes demagnitized and doesn't work. I went to the front desk every day I stayed there (5 days) for some reason or another. The soda vending machines were empty. My reservation was made incorrectly (After Travelocity DIDN'T book it) and I had to fix it before they charged me extra fees for 'staying late." The housekeeping and front desk didn't communicate well with each other, so housekeeping knocked on my door after I had told them that I wouldn't be checking out that day. When housekeeping did come, they didn't clean, they just made the bed. Pros: Nice weekend bartender, fridge/microwave, free WiFi Cons: Uncomfortable, peeling tub, service

I just wanted to let you know that my stay with you was good. I stayed in room 615 from April 12-15 and checked out the morning of the 16th. Your staff was very pleasant and took care of my needs. Housekeeping was also very good. Thank you to all. The net time I am out in the Tacoma area I'll be sure to stay again, also I'll give references to all if they need a great place to Stay.
