I take my Honda here for regular service often. They are always great to work with. Freddie has always been extremely helpful, even the time when they had a difficult time isolating a problem I was having. It ended up being the fuel pump, but they rebuilt my carburator, and that didn't solve the problem. Needless to say, I didn't pay much for the service I received because of their good customer service, and yes, the fixed my car. They are a great place to go for Honda service.

So, this place gets rave reviews for its service and I just don't get it. First of all, it takes forever to get an appointment and then you have to wait for a long time at the shop. Also, I've gotten charged for a number of things I didn't ask for or know about until they appeared on the bill.
PROS: Free Shuttle
CONS: Poor Service
