We have used Cosmic Carpet Care for years now. There are lots of people in our house and we do the rugs about 2 - 3 times a year. Bob is great. He is always on time and does a quick and thorough job. He even came out one day when we were having a snow storm...now that is dedication! His prices are pretty average, maybe even a little high but they are totally worth it.

Bob and crew have done two jobs on our house and both turned out great. Job 1 was a water damage repair under a window and installing a new window/door. The trim work turned out very nice and the new window and door really updated the look of the room.
Job 2 was a sheetrock repair (about 26 sq feet) and a texture match. The texture match is perfect. After painting, I can not find the blend or tell where the original texture ends and the new texture begins.

We bought one of those old homes in Tacoma that was and overgrown. In the last three years, we have had 4 different arborist/tree companies out to remove killer bushes and nasty trees. We saved the best for last!
We had an 80 foot, 64 year old cherry tree. It was rotting out at the base and was spread precariously over two houses, a deck, a fence and many electrical lines.
These guys not only did the job for a VERY reasonable price, but they we really nice guys, too. They were thoughtful in their language (I was particularly impressed when a HUGE branch clipped one of them in the face -- and there was no cussing ... I know what I would have done in that position!) ... I had 2 small kids watching intently! And not only that, but they left my home and street (where the tree was chipped) CLEANER than it had been in a LONG time!
If you are going to have any bushes or trees removed -- you must really try and get at least a bid from these guys. They are the BEST out of 4 we have had work on our yard!!!

Jeff not only repaired our ramp in a timely fashion, & with good quality work, he also made suggestions to make the repairs in a way that was less expensive, saving both materials & money. I rarely find a professional who declines to do a more expensive (but unnecessary) job in favor of a more economical approach. When I find such a person, I tend to continue to do business with him/her.
