This place has been around for a long time. If you ever go there you will see why. You cent find pizzas like this anywhere ! They don't weigh their toppings like others do. Their staff is awesome. Very friendly and real. Go there and tell them your name and they'll remember you when you come back.

I grew up going to the old location on South Tacoma Way and my parents and I got to know the Garcia family pretty well over the years. I even used to work there and even though I now live in Phoenix Arizona I still crave Moctezumas. The food is AWESOME!!! I try to make it there everytime I get home to Tacoma. There are several employees who work there that have worked there for years and remembered me after not seeing them for more than 10 years. very family friendly atmosphere, affordably priced and great tasting food. I absolutely reccomend trying this place if you love mexican food.

It is a 'must see' when you are in the Tacoma area. Don't miss the bridge, where some of his wonderful work is also displayed.

This restaurant has amazing food! Their dishes are so full of flavor! The restaurant is clean and the owner is very nice. On the day I was there recently their service was very slow but after tasting the food it was well worth the wait :o)

Great pizza with fresh ingredients and awesome taste. Their menu is pretty good and if there is not a pizza that catches your eye you can make your own. However, to make your own pizza is little more expensive. They also have other entrees and excellent salads to choose from.

I am not a huge fan of thai food, but i loved the food here. It had a very large variety of food, the setting was friendly, and the employees were prompt, caring and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody in search of some fantastic thai food.

This was the old standby for high school dance dates. Probably because the menu isn't expensive, but you get a lot for your money. You usually start out with soup, salad, then they start the cooking. You sit with other groups of people around one of the large flat cooktops. The chef starts doing a bunch of fancy fork and knife work and cuts all your veggies up. Then about that time you'll get your rice to go along with your veggies. Then, as you're eating that, they bring out the main dish. I ALWAYS get the chicken and shrimp. The sauces that go along with the seafood are DELICIOUS! So, they cook the shrimp, and inevitably, they try and flick a shrimp tail onto your plate. It's a great place to take kids because it is very entertaining and you don't have to be really quiet. It's a little hole in the wall, and sometimes hard to find, but it is definitely worth checking out. You will leave very satisfied!

One of the finest and most innovative restaurants for sushi ideas that I've ever experienced. I was only in town for a few days, heard about the restaurant and it fit my schedule perfectly. The sake menu was amazing. It's its own clever creation with a rich list of tastes and a way to pick the right variety to suite my own particular interests. I really appreciated the creativity of the menu, the sushi experience and the sake. It's one of the best and most variable selections that I've ever had in a Japanese restaurant. I didn't want to have anything else the rest of the weekend because I just wanted to let the sensory taste experience linger. I say try it, well worth you're while. (and the staff are darling!!)

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. The service is great, and everyone is alwyas on top of things. The food selection is excellent. I would especially reccomend the appetizer crab dip. The view is gorgeous and nothing beats it. The food is also reasonably price considering everything is so perfect here. If youre looking for a great place to spend a romantic evening, or for a celebration, the Lobster Shop is the place to go. Also check out the Lobster Shop at Dash Point, Tanglewood Grill in Gig Harbor, and Rudy's in Tacoma.
Pros: fabulous service, great food, gorgeous view
Cons: NONE. this is the best restaurant ever
