Mike was very professional. He gave me an accurate estimate over the phone. Arrived on time. There was one small delay due to weather but he called me and that worked out fine. Installation was efficient and in a timely manner. He came next day after my call as being without hot water in the winter is not a pleasant experience! His price was fair. I called 5 outfits and he was in the middle range. He also accommodated me in burying the dead chipmunk we found in a trap for mice in the garage! Much appreciated!! I will hire him again when I have another project.
