NEVER USE A UPS STORE! Who knew they are all independently owned and are not at all conncected to UPS as a company, so if you have a complaint you will be going around in circles for months. I used them to ship a large shipment, I purchased insurance, and I paid them over $200 to pack the shipment. Well half of the shipment got there one day, the second half for some reason got there the next day, and very much damaged. And then guess what, their insurance only pays for LOSS NOT DAMAGE. I know they are completely unprofessional, but I did not buy the insurance in case they lost such a big shipment since that would be hard to do, obviously the purpose of me buying the insurance was for damage!! So after 2 months of contstantly calling the corporate office, and being sent to deal with the store which was a fault, I am basically losing about $1,000 dollars because of this stores incompetance to pack things correctly, and the overall companies absolute disorganization, horrible customer service and basic lack of consideration for the customer.
