Advanced Stream is my internet-cable provider, located here in Tacoma. In fact, their headquarters is in the Proctor district although they don't have a sign out. ;-) Advanced Stream is extremely responsive to problems, and if the server goes down or the email stops working, you can just pick up the phone and call them. Real live people will answer, although only during working hours. They fix problems quickly. The prices are competitive. I could have faster cable if I were willing to pay more, which I'm not, but that's really my only complaint. These guys are worth checking out.
