Totally knew his stuff. I'd trust this guy with my kids, even though you can tell he's lost his passion for it. Maybe it was the time of day we went, who knows, but it was like he was just "working there." Really knew his stuff though, smart guy. The only detractor here is that I felt that we were rushed in and out, and like they were all reading from scripts that they repeated 50 times a day to every patient. We were seen for barely a few minutes when a definitive diagnosis was given, part of the pitfalls of Western medicine. I didn't even know what questions to ask about this, and I felt like a deer in the headlights. I felt like I wasn't listened to, and I'm in the medical field, so I know what providers have to do with patients and their limitations by insurance. I didn't schedule the surgery for my son, even though they pressured me to, twice, by two of their female staff members. I felt like I was getting the hard-sell from a used car lot. Just made me feel creepy, so his dad and I agreed to get a second opinion from another ENT in the Seattle area.
