Advanced Stream is my internet-cable provider, located here in Tacoma. In fact, their headquarters is in the Proctor district although they don't have a sign out. ;-)
Advanced Stream is extremely responsive to problems, and if the server goes down or the email stops working, you can just pick up the phone and call them. Real live people will answer, although only during working hours. They fix problems quickly. The prices are competitive.
I could have faster cable if I were willing to pay more, which I'm not, but that's really my only complaint. These guys are worth checking out.

I went to this shop looking for a new Honda mower because mine died on me. My friend Dave suggested I go here. I was suprised how friendly and courteous they were .They asked how big my lawn was and recommended a propelled model for me.I love it! I really enjoyed by experience here!

I have had my computer serviced here by these guys twice. Only because I'm too cheap to part with my old workhorse Sony laptop that's 5 years old! Oh well - I know I need a new comp but being technologically-challenged, I am too confused as to what to buy. These guys knew of the product-specific issues with my Vaio and knew exactly how to fix it, which was really nice. I'm glad they didn't have to guess. The rates were very reasonable and they didn't try to charge me extra for anything. I paid a low, fair price for my repairs and I would not hesitate to go back to these guys. They knew what they were doing and they did it right, in no time flat.

The gentleman at Alpine was one of the people who was most helpful to me when I was learning about computers. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and always ready to give a little help over the phone if at all possible.
Alpine will make house calls, very important when you're in a bind and need help right now without delay. They carry various parts and accessories, too.

We where having a 50Th wedding anniversary for our parent's and needed to rent quite a few things. I went to American Party Place and they where great. They helped me to pick out every thing needed and gave helpful suggestions of things that we may end up needing. The price was very inexpensive for all of the thing's I rented. The party was wonderful and we had the perfect amount of everything. Check them out for all your party needs.

I have to agree with the previous posting. Virginia is nice but she is not a good divorce attorney when it comes to difficult cases!! My bill was over $20,000.00 and all she had done was file papers. For that matter she only showed up once in court and had her assistant there the rest of the time. My case I feel was way over her head and if you disagreed with her she made you pay for it. She even went as far as to basically try and quit two days before we went to court. I hope that she has changed quite a bit and maybe she would be good in a straight forward divorce but if anything is out of the ordinary, I would not bother with her. Take the time to find someone else.
