I've been going to foxfire since 2006, and I must say it's a great salon & spa!!!! I've gotten massages there and haircuts, and I always left the building satisfied. I love to go there with my mother and she loves the place as well. Since out first visit, we never quit going and we always fnd outselves going back! Just recently my mother was complaining how past haircut experiences went bad and she never was satisfied. However, I made an appointment at foxfire and my mom was sooo suprised after she got her cut, and it was the first time someone cut her hair the exact way she wanted it. So yeah, whoever is thinking of going to the place, I highly reccommed it, and the aveda products are great!!!! The staff, atmosphere, location, everything, i rate 5 stars!!!! Pros: Friendly staff, great location, great place overall!!!! Cons: no cons

When I arrived to get a simple cut and color I was greeted by friendly staff. I was introduced to Rachel, who would be doing my service. During the visit she complained about past salons she had worked at and told me she was sick that day. I asked for caramel highlights and ended up with my entire upper section yellow. She curled my hair as my 'style', so the next day I was shocked by the HORRIBLE cut and color job. Plus my sweatshirt was stained on my shoulders! I called management and was told to research how much a replacement sweatshirt would be and they would give me my money for a new sweatshirt. When I went into the salon to discuss, the manager gave me less than what it would cost for a new sweatshirt. I asked for her to look at the cut and her response was, 'I would not have done the cut like that.' I asked for a touch-up and she rolled her eyes, but got a great stylist, Chris. Chris fixed me up and was super nice. I will not go back, even though I really liked Chris and would trust a cut/color from her. Pros: Cute Inside Cons: Bad Service

This salon has been a blessing to me since my hairdresser started there 2 years ago. As soon as you walk in the staff is frienly and helpful. The price is not too bad . You get what you pay for is my experiance. I am given a hand massage while I prosses and on occation a neck massage. I couldn't recomend a salon more! I should also recomend my stylist Kari. She is wonderful!

my mom used to always get her hair done here and was very happy. So when I was going to get married I thought this would be the place to go. A month before hand I went in had my hair cut and discussed what I wanted done for the day of my wedding. I called a few days in advance confirmed my appointment. On the day of my wedding I went in to get my hair done and the lady is like wow getting a perm on your wedding day thats daring. I was like what. Someone had changed my appointment to a different stylest and scheduled me for a perm. The stylest I was scheduled with was not trained to do the style I wanted so I had to wait 20 minutes for another stylest to come available who could do my hair. Then having my nails done after I left with close to a $140 bill for style and nails no discount or consideration for their mistake and having me wait.

I have had a tough time locating a reasonably priced salon in the NW. Now I've found it! Foxfire is beautiful, their staff well trained and friendly. My hair stylist, Suzanne, listend to what I wanted and made excellent suggestions. Will happily return again!! Pros: professional staff, friendly, convenient Cons: parking is tight
