If you need several appliances and have time to shop the section on sale- you could save up to 60% on the whole lot. We saved thousands on our new kitchen and the assistant manager Christina took our wish list and called us when one or more items went on sale. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly even the young men who loaded our purchases on our truck. We did buy the protection plans on the appliances that use water as was suggested- and have used the service when we had an install issue with the dishwasher- the issue was resolved immediately and our kitchen is gorgeous!

We purchased an Electrolux Refrigerator from Couch's 3 years ago. We had problems with it almost from day-one. After a number of problems (parts breaking), Electrolux offered to replace it with a new one of the same. They told us to do back to Couch's. We were less than OK getting a new of the same. The team at Couch's, Mr. Couch specifically, stepped in and helped us to pick out a replacement unit. They helped with the price to make up for the problems we had with the first unit we'd purchased.
They did a great job setting things right! Thank you for A+ support and service.

My hubby and I spent about an hour in the Glass Candle this afternoon trying to re-fit some lamps we bought at another local lighting company. They weren't quite the right height and didn't have quite the right look. Kelly Smith was great help. She listened to our concerns and ideas, then went to work expertly and proficiently to turn both lamps into exactly what we had been looking for in the first place. Her years of experience were evident in the professional service we got. This store is more than a lighting store. It is FULL of wonderful table decorations, mirrors, candles and other great home decor. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Mike was very professional. He gave me an accurate estimate over the phone. Arrived on time. There was one small delay due to weather but he called me and that worked out fine. Installation was efficient and in a timely manner. He came next day after my call as being without hot water in the winter is not a pleasant experience! His price was fair. I called 5 outfits and he was in the middle range.
He also accommodated me in burying the dead chipmunk we found in a trap for mice in the garage! Much appreciated!!
I will hire him again when I have another project.

The owner or manager is a nice guy. He is very honest and up front. The rest of the staff however, is not very helpful. I bought a refurbished freezer from there a number of years ago and when it recently quit, I called to ask for their assistance in repairing it. The person who answered the phone basically said there was nothing that could be done--without even looking at it! And when I asked if they would just take it back, he said they would charge me.

Viking has an extremely nice selection of sewing machines, both modern and older, as well as vacuum cleaners. I especially liked the embroidery machines, and the prospect of classes held there to teach the art of using them.
The store is small, but pleasant and brightly-lit. There are a nice collection of older sewing machines as well, toward the back, at reasonable prices.
They also do repairs and tuneups, as well as provide useful things like needles and parts.

Good: NOTHING - 3/05/09 we called Vincents appliance repair and told them the ref section of our Samsung was not getting cold. Tech came out on 3/09/08, was there for 5 minutes (we told them the light switch had gone out months before the ref section stopped staying cold) He then "diagnosed" the problem to be the faulty light switch (we found this odd as the ref stayed cold for months after the light switch went out, but they were suppose to be the experts), he charged us $106.51. Bad: 51 and said they would need to order the part and return. We called on 3/12/09 and asked when someone would retun, they had not even ordered the part yet! We had to wait until 3/20/09 for him to return, paid another $66.24, was told to give it a couple days to work - AND IT DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. They were back out a few days later for maybe 10 min, and decided the problem was the evaporator (didnt charge for the "diagnosis" this time), estimated cost to fix the new problem = $401.00. Improvements: . We decided to call around and get a second opinion first. We called A&E Factory Services (really LIKE them), he came out, and his diagnosis consisted of spending at least 30 minutes, professionally removing and testing until he actually found the large block of ice that had frozen a drain hole closed between the ref walls, not allowing the cooling process to work properly Cost to fix the problem CORRECTLY the first time = $205.00 Wish we would have called him first.. Other: And no, Vincents doesnt seem to want to acknowledge they did anything wrong - hate to think how much money we would have spent waiting for them to find the actual problem.
