It's rare to find a place that feels like a home away from home, but this is it. You can grab a cigar, get lost in one of the comfortable couches, and strike up a conversation with one of the many friendly patrons that frequents this great place. If you're in town on business and love cigars, this is a great escape from the hotel--you can count on being able to walk in and relax in front of a tv, watch the game, and enjoy a great smoke.
There's free wi-fi available, and on any given afternoon, you can walk into a relaxing environment, set up your laptop, and get to work with a cigar in one hand and a glass of wine nearby. You can't beat it.
Owner Fred promotes a friendly atmosphere and knows his cigars! For example, I told him the three cigars I loved most, and his suggestion for the day was right on the money for my tastes. Incredible. He's also got a great selection of beer and wine. It's a good place to sit down and try something new.
It's in a great area with plenty of places to eat nearby before or after your cigar adventure. I've lost track of the times I've suggested this place to people I've seen smoking cigars.
Pros: non-pretensious, relaxing atmosphere
Cons: none

The others have already covered almost everything. I've eaten Japanese food in Tokyo, Kyoto, and many places in the US and Europe and haven't found any I've enjoyed more.

There isn't a sushi place in Atlanta that can beat it. Chef Tony prepares the most awesome rolls around. Made only from the Freshest Fish these rolls will make your mouth water wanting to come back for more. Since I first ventured into Sushi Rock about a month after they first opened the doors, I have been there at least once a week every since. If you have reserves abut Sushi make Sushi Rock your first place of choice to try it at! Trust me you won't be sorry you did! If you're just not in the mood for Sushi, try their incredible curry dishes, My favorites the green curry! I haven't tried anything at Sushi Rock to date that I didn't enjoy every last bite of.

Forget the rest...ordered a smoked turkey from a "famous" honey baked store as well as from dillard's...let me tell you, there was no comparison. Dillards won hands down. The smoked turkey was EXCELLENT and the MAC n Cheese was amazing. As long as there is Dillards, I will never cook a turkey again.

My husband and I visited Orient Garden for the first time tonight. We ordered two seafood appetizers and one vegetable main dish to share. The seafood - shrimp, scallops and calamari - was cooked perfectly, done but not chewy. The vegetable dish had tofu in it and, like the seafood, the tofu was thoroughly cooked, but not overcooked, neither mushy nor spongy. The soup and main dish had nice, crispy fresh vegetables. Everything was tasty. The service was a little slow, but at least the waiter brought the dishes out one at a time so that we had time to savor each one before digging into the next one.
The atmosphere was cozy in spite of it being a pretty large place, although we thought the temperature was a little too warm. We went on a Friday night and the place was packed, but we got seated right away. We definitely plan to return the next time we're craving Chinese.
Pros: reasonable prices, comfortable atmosphere
Cons: slow service

I thought that Merlot was a nice addition to the Suwanee area. It is an upscale restaurant with a great menu and ambiance for the burbs. I work in Johns Creek where their original location was. I took many clients there for dinner and was sorry to see them relocate. My good fortune....they relocated 2 miles from my residence! There aren't too many upscale white table cloth dining opportunities in Suwanee (none), so I took my better half a long for a celebratory dinner. The decor and setting was very romantic...wait staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and competent.....great menu (Bruschetta, Scallops and seasonal Pumkin Cheesecake desert were all delightful).....and the place has a seperate large upscale bar area with two flat panel TV's with football featured this partculiar evening. The bar area would be a great spot to have a cocktail on busy Friday and Saturday night while waiting for your table! The wine menu was fairly extensive and reasonably priced.
I think that Merlot is a great addition to Suwanee and look forward to stopping in again to try the filet.
Pros: Ambiance, Food, Wait Staff, Wine and Location
Cons: None

Ok so I was looking for a place to eat for lunch one day and didn't want to do Wild Wing, Ci-Ci's or Applebees. I wanted something new for a change. So, as I was heading towards Discover Mill, I just happen to turn onto Satellite Blvd. going north instead of south and had to do a U turn. Well, I saw Talay out the corner of my eye and said, "hey, why not". If I tell you the people were nice and the food was great, I'd be grossly understatin it. I ordered the General Tso Chicken which I am familiar with and it was delish. So now, I've tried about 5 or 6 different things on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Yes, lunch is buys between 11:30 - 1 so, I usually go around 1:15 - 1:30. And, you can call in your order as well and it will be waiting for you there. The food is always hot, flavored just perfect and the staff is just great. Give 'em a shot and you won't be disappointed. They are only a lunch and dinner spot so, I think they close between 3-5 for dinner prep. Very cozy and quiant little place with a very nice aura. You will truly like it.
Pros: Quality of food, Staff, Food preparedness..........
Cons: None.
