I have had my car serviced and repaired by these guys for 5 years now. I work close by and they will drive me to work and pick me up while my car is being done! They will inform me of the car manufacturer's service recommendations by priority but it's my choice to do them or wait. And I love it that they EXPLAIN to me what it all means. Love these guys!

I have 2 experiences with Kauffman Tire , both bad! They tried to rip me off for $900 work that the dealer said not only didn't need to be done there was no problem. Then they tried to get my daughter to pay $800 for a brake job, when she went elsewhere it cost less than $100.
