My car got keyed... And when I took my car in to get looked at by Brad, he guaranteed that he would my my car look brand new, better than when it just came out of the dealership. I wouldn't trade Ralph and his shop for anything! My latest car has more bells and whistles than I know how to use. Great for my husband who loves Audi's, but for a mom, I really just want to get to places safely. Every time I have to go to European Auto Works, its never been convenient for me (as a mom) yet they always do the most to make it the least painful, and go the extra mile to explain what needs to be done, why, and what its going to cost. With this shop, I get no surprises....other than "really, my car can do that too?!" It makes the maintanence and random car necessities in life, not so bad. Thanks for the most recent check on my random warning light problem and tire imbalance. That was scary! Mostly thanks guys for being so honest, and really caring. Your thrilled customer since 1995, Zsuzsa S.

Country Gourmet is what I used to wish the Good Earth was (but it never was). Simple, good, not too greasy food in a really nice atmosphere. It's kind of strange that you order before you sit down, but the restaurant acknowledges that, and even suggests (on a little card) that if we tip, we don't tip as we would for a full service restaurant. It suggests 5 to 7%. In any case, I could get used to a little quirkiness, I think, because the food is so good, and the ambience is so nice and relaxing.
Pros: Food, atmosphere
Cons: You have to order before you sit down, right by the entrance

This is a fine bar, but you need to carry some air freshener! My boyfriend and I were standing at the bar, and suddenly the cloud surrounded us. It was as if someone opened up the lid to the sewer and the gas permeated our area. We had to sprint up the stairs to get away from the flatulence someone let near the bar. We hid upstairs, playing darts, until we felt confident we could make it to the exit door without losing consciousness.
I guess the patrons shouldn't eat the bar food, because the emissions after the meal are rank. Bring your own darts, too, because the bar set is well worn.
