Good: I was subjected to unacceptable service and treatment by them. This really could happen to you or anyone. These guys are fundamentally lacking what it takes to be in the business. Their arrogance and unprofessional ism is mind boggling and sometimes you even wonder if this is America or some third world country you doing business in!! Anyway my experience : I wanted to book my international tickets through them on a specific date and was told they will be able to do it for me. I kept sending them almost d. Bad: service, attitude and arrogance. Improvements: replace existing people with people that know how to show courtesy.. more

I spoke to a person called Liala. She was quiet annoying. I asked her for fares for 2 adults and for my infant. I was specific about which airline I wanted. She was trying to push for Korean airline a lot. she said "whatz the problem in flying in Korean?" Damn it its my choice to choose the airline that I wanted. It took me 15 mins to argue to this lady while my baby was crying. I finally said send me the schedules and I have to now take care of my baby. Still she wouldn't listen to me. Finally had to hang up. PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE THIS TRAVEL AGENT PARTICULARLY. I don't know about the rest of them either. Avoid them totally. Sai travels in sunnyvale is quick and fast and treat you with humanity. more

I had bought tickets from them to India in 2007. They gave me the best rate at that time and also tickets were confirmed. I did not have any problem with them. I am buying tickets from them again this january 09. more

Don't use them 9/23/2005

Sunnyvale travels service is OK. Sometimes they ask u to wait for long times. Once they told me first check with your husband if the price is OK then we will email u the itinerary. I've never seen such a behaviour from any agent in my life. I suggest don't use these agents. even they don't offer very good deals on tickets. more

Got a good deal 8/18/2005

These people are very good. They have the necessary knowledge and down to earth to answer any questions. I was traveling to India and I enquired several travel agents for a fare to BLR. Everyone gave a very high quote for Singapore Airlines. These people were the least. When I told them that I am frequent traveler to India at least 3 -4 tmes a day, they gave some more discount and also they confirmed my tickets. On the travel day they called me to make sure everything is fine. Overall they are very good. But sometime if you call you might be on hold for long time...... more

I had once bought tickets for India from here. They have very low rates and also very very good customer service. They really do care for customers and that what business is about. I had very good experience with them. It was a normal transaction nothing unusual about it. Bought the tickets and paid them. Tickets were confirm and so had no problem. I again would like to buy tickets from here. more

Find good fares overseas and good service 8/5/2005

I always buy my India /Europe tickets from them. They have good fares and the salespeople are courteous. Once when I called them for specific travel needs they took my information and promised to call me when eligible flights were available. And they called me 2 days later with good fares. Once the salesperson that I was dealing with went on vacation, but she called me beforehand and introduced me to the new person who was going to work with me. Little things like that make the customer experience better. I cannot say if there fares are good for everywhere, but India rates are good. more
