We used Charmed Limo for a tour of Napa Valley, and it was everything we had hoped for (including a reasonable price). We were taking our U.S. sales engineers on a this tour as a special day to thank them for their hard work, so it was very important that the limo service be impressive. We were delighted that the limo arrived on time, was clean and in excellent condition. The driver, Dave, was courteous and professional. Being familiar with the area, he offered helpful suggestions on the tour when needed. I will definately call Charmed for future events. Those services warned me to be leary of services charging less: \The vehicle might be old and dirty.\ Not so for Charmed Limousine Service; the stretch limo was perfect, inside and out! \The driver might be inexperienced or unprofessional.\ Not so for Charmed Limousine Service; Dave was punctual, dressed impeccably, and was even the one to suggest our fun location! We wished he could have joined our party! \The service might be unreliable.\ Not so for Charmed Limousine Service ; we received five-star service from someone who charges much less than those with 'less stars'. On the day of the wedding the limo arrived early, looked great, and the service was outstanding. Given their great prices, I don't see how you couldn't book them for your event. He told me the concert wasn't happening on the night I was planning to attend, and I was flying my girlfriend down from Canada...I WOULDA MISSED IT!!! This guy at Charmed, was about $150 cheaper and I offered to pay him for saving my bacon, but he wouldn't take it. THIS is what sets guys like him apart from the others!! From our first contact with him on the telephone and throughout the night with extras like giving the kids a personal mini tour of San Francisco to getting the kids home safely right at 2:30 am, the service was perfect.
