This is one of the best Indian music store I've been. When you enter the store you'll see nice poster that makes store look very lively & nice rocking music that make you go crazy. I was looking for one particular CD for a while which wasn't available anywhere.....but I found in Raaga!!!! Pricing is good cause they only sell original stuff. I used to buy CDs & DVDs from somewhere else but I had many issues cause of quality. But raaga is the best place. Yesterday I was buying 5-6 cds & the guy gave me good discount....almost like 1 cd free. Another thing I wanna tell you that one customer was arguing about some late fees. Customer said he is 11 days late on some new movie....he created a big scene, he didn't wanted to pay the amount.
I don't know when will people understand, that this is not India. I really understand how hard it would be when standing behind the counter. I am in favor of raaga who runs this place very nicely. I'll always go to raaga & recommend my friends too. thanks

Because the previous owner has left him agood client base he thinks nothing of being rude to customers and overcharging them.
NO refunds on membership are given so bewarned before you decide take it.

They have nice combo collection of music set released by legend singers.
They also have DVD rentals. Now they have a membership fees. The point to be noted is that this fees expires every year. So that's a very bad deal on a 2$ DVD rental for 1 day. There are many Indian stores around the area renting DVD for same or less price without the fees and they also have pretty good collection.
Though this store is good for music collection.

If you live in the Bay Area , you should have come across many DVD /VHS rental stores. But this outstanding store. This only has DVDs and VHS and CDS and all the DVDs here are original not pirate like other stores across the street.
The people here are very nice, they always smile and ready for any questions. If you ask any regional DVDs and if they don't have it , they will take your phone number and when it becomes available they will call .
If you are late for one time they won't charge any late fee. Some time when the fine is too much they ask you to buy the DVD so that it will work for us...
Great DVD rental store, will recommend to all.
