Have been going here for several years after trying a lot of places in the area. I have wavy hair and get blond highlights. They do a fantastic job and also don't take that long to do it which is a plus for me. The cost is mid-range, but the quality is very high. Not sure what happened with the other reviewers. I think it is a very nice salon and drive there from Los Altos.

I have been going to Westmoor Barber Style Shop for 16 years. They have many different barbers to choose from and they all do a great job. This is your basic men's hair cut. Hours are convenient but they close on Mondays. It is conveniently located at the corner for Fremont and Mary which is very close to the Fremont and 85 intersection.

Did not actually visit the shop, but this florist had a kiosk at a local mall during the Christmas season. Mrs. Kimm was not there, but her two sons were--it's a family business.Flowers were picture perfect. Large variety of orchids.

This is a great place for Haircuts. My husband usually goes to the guy named Kenneth, who is a very precise and patient while doing hair cuts. The best part is that he understands and remembers your hair styling needs and cuts exactly according to that.
The other owner (lady) in this place is also very friendly and expert (I have had my own haircut from her couple of times and was impressed).
PROS: Very precise and patient
CONS: Sometimes wait can be long (so take appointment)

Another great Hallmark store. Full of different kinds of merchandise for everyone. I wanted a crystal hanging tear drop for my sister and found the perfect one here. I like their figurines especially the variety of precious moments that they carry.

This is a friendly neighborhood gym. These guys often have good discounts for joining members like a 2 for one or something like that. They have all the necessities like the weightroom, sauna, yoga room, step cardio. They have classes in the the areas daily. All the instructors are always willing to help. They even have a squash court that you can use. Also, while you are at the gym they have a child care facility.

This is a single operator salon, I've been here 3 times in 2008, had great cuts every time.
I love that she really listens to what I want; when the firsttime cut didn't come out exactly what I was hoping for, she kept at it until it was exactly what I wanted. Get lots of compliments on her cuts.
