Hours are convenient but they close on Mondays. It is conveniently located at the corner for Fremont and Mary which is very close to the Fremont and 85 intersection.

Thomas works at the Fremont 24 Hour Fitness. He used to be my friend's personal trainer during the summer and let me just say this. She was in the best shape of her life when she came back to school that year.
I met Thomas several times at the gym. He's really nice and fun and high energy. I think he's also a racquet ball player. Being that he aways carries the racquet around.
My friend says Thomas is a great trainer, but complains about how he pushs her really hard. But isn't that the whole point?

I have been a member of the Supreme Court gym in Sunnyvale for 16 years now. My wife has recently joined me there as a member. They have a huge room for step cardio, yoga, and stretching activities and they conduct many classes each day in those areas. They have many raquetball and squash courts that you can use. Staff is professional is always willing to help. They have sauna, weight room, and many of the fancy machines. I go at least once per day

This is a friendly neighborhood gym. These guys often have good discounts for joining members like a 2 for one or something like that. They have all the necessities like the weightroom, sauna, yoga room, step cardio. They have classes in the the areas daily. All the instructors are always willing to help. They even have a squash court that you can use. Also, while you are at the gym they have a child care facility.

It's just two stations at this hair salon, the owner (a nice Polish lady) and another European lady. I had the owner cut my hair and it turned out all right. One side of my hair curls in and the other curls out. I told her I wanted to do something about it and she assured me that she'd fix it. When she was done, it looked all right...pretty normal straight trim. The next day, however, my hair went back to its stubborn curl in, curl out look.

Dr. Natt and staff at Serra Vet Hospital are the best! Incredibly friendly service and positive environment for any pet! Dr. Natt is very straight forward. He will tell you the best advice for your animal with no BS. My dogs have been patients with Serra for over 10 years now. We do not plan to switch anytime soon. I have moved twice since we started going to Serra, and we have no problem with traveling to continue to provide the best care for our animals. If you are looking for a great Dr. and friendly staff, look no further. Serra is the place for you and your loved ones!
