Dr. Natt and staff at Serra Vet Hospital are the best! Incredibly friendly service and positive environment for any pet! Dr. Natt is very straight forward. He will tell you the best advice for your animal with no BS. My dogs have been patients with Serra for over 10 years now. We do not plan to switch anytime soon. I have moved twice since we started going to Serra, and we have no problem with traveling to continue to provide the best care for our animals. I would strongly recommend going to see Dr. Natt for your Veterinary needs. Our dog, Kali, had a high fracture in her femur and a pin put in her leg almost 2 years ago. Our old vet in Irvine, CA said that she would need another surgery after her follow up visit because it was not healing correctly. A second opinion down in Southern CA said that we could just leave the pin in and she would grow into it. Well the pin punctured through her skin recently and got infected. After browsing the web and looking for a vet, I landed on this page and read some reviews and trusted the testimonials. We visited Dr. Natt and everything that was written is indeed true. Dr. Natt and his staff were very friendly. They took an immediate x-ray and operated on Kali that evening. Dr. Natt not only healed Kali to 100%, but went the whole 9 yards to offer his opinion on the food Kali should be eating and other things to ensure that Kali would live a long and happy life. I am very happy to get my dog back, it has been long overdue after the previous expenses and heartaches that resulted from other vets. Great prices too.

They always treat Cody and Deuce as if they are part of the Serra Vet Family and the dogs are never nervous to go see them. I grew up in Sunnyvale and was a client of Serra Veterinary all my life. As an adult, I moved to Los Banos and then to Salinas. Two years ago, my 6 year old Oriental Short Hair was diagnosed in Los Banos with acute pancreatitis and was given 2 days to live. I was devastated and called Dr. Natt to tell him the news, as he had treated Jacques since he was a kitten. He asked me to fax him the blood work and said he did not believe he was untreatable. I drove a 5 hour round trip to take Jacques to Dr. Natt and within 2 days of Dr. Natt taking over his care, Jacques improved and is now a very healthy nearly 8 year old. Last month, my one year old domestic short hair began vomiting profusely. I was living in Soledad at the time, so I took her to a vet there. They immediately sent me to the emergency vets in Monterey for exploratory surgery. $3000 later, I had no answers and a still very sick kitty. I debated about driving her up to Dr. Natt's, but I just had to believe these vets were doing all they could. After one month of suffering, I realized she needed to be put out of her misery. Being that she is only one year old, I just didn't want to give up without Dr. Natt double checking her. As it turned out, again, he was able to find a diagnosis, begin the proper treatment, and now one week later, she is on the road to recovery.If it weren't for Dr. Natt and the most caring staff I've ever seen, I would not have my two precious kitties with me today. I appreciate the fact that I can call any time and get someone who takes the time to listen and support me, whether it is Dr. Natt himself, or one of his staff members. I will never trust my babies with another vet. Even though I live in Salinas, I will make sure to always take my cats back to Dr. Natt because he and his staff are worth the drive!

Dr Natt is very knowledgeable and handled my dog a very gentle matter. He was great at explaining procedures and treatments to me . This is definity the best vet that I have ever been to. I have been taking my dog to a VCA hospital for quite some time and spending ridiculous amounts of money. I felt that she was constantly provided with quick fixes for her health problems without any proper diagnosis or solution. I decided to take her to Serra Vet after reading an online review. After the first visit I had a list of possible diagnoses and a plan of action. Dr. Natt found the root of her health issues and resolved it immediately. The staff at Serra Vet treats you and your pet as if you are family and the level of care and service is amazing! Dr. Natt has state of the art equipment and incredibly reasonable prices.
