okay so i went there about 6 weeks ago because i had to get a gold chain redone. it was broken. they told me it'd be ready in 4 weeks. which is way too long for a chain to be remade...ah well so i waited for 4 weeks when i went there, the scumbag indian guy told me it's not ready ... come back next week. i went there next week, he said give me a call in 3-4 days. today i called them, they said it's not ready give us about a week. i strongly recommend DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. find something else, even if it's 50 bucks more expensive, it'd be worth it. take my word for it. Pros: nothing at all Cons: everything from store presentation to selection to service

My friend went to manisha jewellers to buy a gold coin yesterday. He asked for a gold coin and the new girl who works there gave them a discounted rate of 850 instead of 900. When i went to buy a coin around the same time, they told me a different price. I asked my friend how he got the discount, and he said that the new girl who works there (the same who helped me) was working as a nanny at my house and thats why she gave me the discount. The new girl was extremely rude, she does not know how to treat a customer and i am sure the owners are not aware of this incident.

Try calling the shop and ask the gold rate to this lady and u will understand what I am saying.... I would prefer Kadam or other jewellery shop any day... Avoid Manisha if u really want to buy and be happy.

I and my wife went to this shop to buy two pairs of ear rings actually the weight was 8.3 gms, but they said 8.6 gms and they charged us for 8.6 gms. However, when we ask them to re calculate the weight infront of us the weight showed up as 8.3 gms and immediately they started behaving rudely and they asked us to leave the place because other customers are coming into the shop. I can say this place is RUDE +CHEATING combination so I please suggest everybody to be very cautious if at all you like to go there.
