The customer service in this store sucks. I was sold a Hamilton's mixie jar when I particulary asked for an Oster Jar assuring that it was an Oster Jar . When buying the jar the person in the store (probably the owner) mentioned that if it doesn't fit then he will refund the money. I took it back as it did not fit, he refused to give the money back and insisted to exchange it with something else or get a store credit. As I did not wanted anything I tried to explain it to him he started fighting with me. If anyone wants a fighting match go to Kumud Electronics. This was the first time I went there and this will be my last time too.

If you are in the market for electronics that work in India (for example India has 220V electricity and a different region encoding for dvd's) or you want some Indian electronics, Kumud is the right place for you. Also if you want some crappy suitcases that will not last more than one international trip, pay them a visit. Be warned however that customer service sucks, they will insist on debit card only and the store is stuffed and I mean stuffed as in "not-one-more-item-can-possibly-be-fitted -in" stuffed

I've been to Kumud couple of times. Not even once I had a good experience there. The topmost of all is its size. Its very small and congested. They don't have many checkout counters so the queue is always too long. If u are able to checkout in less than 15mins then u r really lucky. Even on weekends the vegetables there are stale The whole place just stinks. I suggest never go there.

Every time I go to Kumud, I've a bad experience. First of all its very small and congested. The checkout queue waits are always over 15mins. Secondly the vegetables there are stale even on saturdays when its supposed to be fresh from the market. This place just stinks. Don't waste any time going there for grocery shopping.

Whenever my parents visit US, they often find themselves linking some things that will not work in India due to the diff in power requirements etc. So I always take them to Kumud Electronics and they try to find the appropriate version of that item that will work in India. Otherwise they try to get an appropriate adapter so that the same thing can be used in India. This store is well known in Asian community for this purpose. It not cheap, but it gets the work done.

Kumud Groceries is Indian store and has all kind of India food including chat masala and some rare indian eatables. I have at times had an issue where the vegetables go bad a day or 2 after they are bought, this is not a store that i frequent often. the parking needs to be a bit more organized compared to what it is currently. maybe one more cashier would also help in making the queue move faster.
