I have used Barron Automotive on Murphy Ave in Sunnyvale for the last 3.5 years, with very high satisfaction. Mike is the owner and a very experience mechanic for all US/Euro/Japanese car of all years. I have referred this shop to a lot of friends and non of them had any complaints with the work performed.

I get both my cars services at this place from the time i have moved to california. Repais are done in a timely manner and there is no rip off like other auto chains. Proces is very competetive. The best part i ike about this place is that for simple problems there is no diagnosis charges. Also very helpful in understanding the actual problem.

Auto Radiator & Air Conditioning Repair did the orst Repair service ever!!!!!
During a trip to a friend house my tires got flatten. I took my Honda in to have a tire fixed. I assumed it was a nail. I waited during my lunch hour. Two hours later I asked again, "When will my car be ready?" The guy at the desk asked the person who was assigned to the ticket and he said "Oh, it's done". Then they couldn't find the keys. I'm thinking by now "what a bunch of incompetents...how do they stay in business?
Would you recommend this place? I am certainly NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car got keyed... And when I took my car in to get looked at by Brad, he guaranteed that he would my my car look brand new, better than when it just came out of the dealership. Thats just what he did! B2 Perfection did and awesome job! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top of the line body shop!

I've known Dzung known as (Young) to many clients for years. His experience and background in European cars have had happy customers returning to him over and over. He does his job fast and efficient. He provides you with the best quality service possible and will always please his customers. I have confidence in this business especially since he has had this shop for more than 20 years.

I knew the bike I wanted and Bike World had it. The price was even reasonable. But the salesman flat out lied:
1. I was told that a stock part was an "accessory" that had to be purchased separately from the bike. NOT TRUE: the part in question (seat cowl) is provided by Suzuki with the bike... I have talked to dozens of other owners of this bike--none was told they would have to buy this part.
2. I was told that they had to "run" the bike to check the oil. The salesman said that the 15 miles they put on the bike beofre I took delivery were necessary for an oil check. NOT TRUE: Suzuki recommends letting the bike run on the side standfor 15 minutes--it's not necessary for the mechanic to take it for a 15 mile joy ride.
3. I was told that they had filled the tank with gas. NOT TRUE: two miles down the road the gauge read empty and the idiot light started flashing.
A good price is nice, but the terrible quality of service (and blatant lies) of the salesman mean I will never darken the door of this establishment again. If it were possible to give "negative stars" I would.
Steer clear of Bike World.
Pros: Fair price
Cons: Lies, lies, and damn lies
