These people over charged us on an oil change and when I told him to refund my money he said that their system doesn't return money. I said ok why don't you give me some thing instead, like a wiper blade or something. He said that He wil instead give me an free oil change next time we come around. I asked him to put it in writting and he did on his invoice. 2 months later I came back to get the free oil change they promised me, and they said that they don't do favors. Well the employee called the owner named Ali and handed the phone to me. Ali told me to get the hell out of his store before he calls the police on me. I left and filed a complaint with Better Business Beureau. There is a complaint against them that is not resolved and that's mine. He just wrote a bad review for my business as a get back. My companies name is Super glass inc. in campbell ca. Read the review and you can tell it's fake. IF YOU OWN YOUR OWN COMPANY GO AHEAD AND FIND OUT FOR YOUR SELF. I took my car into Dastgah Firestone last week for an oil change because I got a coupon in the mail. I was happy with the customer service, they are all very friendlly, even the mechanics. While doing my oil change, they noticed my tires in the back were low and they asked me to come outside so that they can show me my tires and how they determine that the tires need to replaced. I don't know much about cars, but they make it very easy to understand and they even have charts that they explain on. I got a great price on tires and my oil change (I even shopped around afterward to make sure i got a good deal and i did). I am extremely happy with their service and I am very happy that I have discovered this shop. I won't go anywhere else. Pros: Awesome prices and service and very clean shop

These guys are great, and saved me a lot of money and future headaches. I was experiencing a bad pulsation upon braking before taking my car in, and my current mechanic tried to tell me it was my driving habits, but I knew something was wrong. I decided to take my car into Firestone Tire SVC & Repair for a second opinion. When I first walked in I spoke with Ali, and he was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to listen to me. It didn't take long at all before Ali and his staff determined I had been riding on warped rotors. When I left, my breaking was nothing but smooth, like when I first bought my car. Take your car to these guys, they know what they are doing, and they do it at a very affordable rate. 5 star service !!! Thanks Ali and staff.

He then worked on our alternator and fitted it with a faulty belt which resulted in it sweaking.When we asked him to fix it he told us that he had nothing to do with it. He also tried to swindle my friend by sweet talking him sell his perfectly good car to him for pennies. He replaced my transmission and it has given me trouble since then. I took it to another mechanic who told me that the transmission was old and faulty. Ali made sure that he used an old part and charged me for a new one. by using a faulty transmission he made sure that I visit him regularly. Please find another mechanic because these guys are just dishonest.

I have a 99 mercedes benz SLK-230. I had been taking it for service to the Mercedes dealers in the area till the extended warranty expired this year. So, I decided to search around to find something cheaper than a dealer but reputable and found Dastgah. They seemed to have a very high rating online, and this is my effort to rate them as they should be. They are 50% to 100% more expensive than even the Mercedes Benz dealers (San Francisco). Please avoid them. I wanted a service B done. They called me to tell that I should replace 2 tires, replace battery, change all the belts and do a brake fluid flush. I agreed to the last two while noting the high charge for them. Then I researched around and found that even the Merc dealors charged much less for exactly the same service. I had no option but to pay when getting my car back, but noted my complaint. Brake fluid flush (parts+labor) Dastgah - 42.84+158.20 = $201.04 Multiple Merc Dealers in the same area - $99 Renew drive belts (parts+labor) Dastgah - 97+195.60 = $292.60 Multiple Merc Dealers in the same area - $225.60 Pros: none Cons: cheats

I pulled into this shop when my radiator hose blew off at 8PM on a Saturday night. The shop was closed, but Ali and Steve stayed until 10PM helping fix the problem and all the causes of the problem. They were very fair with the pricing, and now I bring all my car needs to them. I not only would recomend them to a friend, but I DO recomend them, any time I hear anyone needs any car servicing or tires. They were very professional and polite, they went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road. I have taken my car in again since that time, and Ali's wife was even kind enough to drop my daughter and I off at a local resturaunt while we waited. These guys are the best, do excellent work at a fair price, and I will always be a loyal customer! Pros: friendly, fast, knoledgable, reasonably priced Cons: none
