Everybody at this shop is great and you really feel like they look out for your best interest when it comes to your car instead of trying to just find a bunch of things wrong like most shops you go to. Their prices are fair and competitive and they go the distance to make sure that you leave happy. I have only heard good things from the people that I sent there and I definately recommend this place to anyone with auto needs. Pros: Competitive prices, great customer service

My tire had a leak so I did some price checking and found that Dastgah Tires were priced very fairly. When I got there, I was happy to see that they were also a very well run shop. The guys who did the work were very quick. I was in and out in no time! I have since been back for an oil change and I'm very pleased with both of my experiences. I recommeded this place to a co-worker and they were very happy with it as well. Definitely give this place a try!

The first time we took our car to him the gave us a fat discount and seemed honest. He started ripping us off from that day on. He uses used parts and charges for a new one. He then worked on our alternator and fitted it with a faulty belt which resulted in it sweaking.When we asked him to fix it he told us that he had nothing to do with it. He also tried to swindle my friend by sweet talking him sell his perfectly good car to him for pennies. You know where the cars parts would end up.. in your car Ali owns a Lamborghini... he will make sure that you will pay his next months instalment Cons: expensive

My car had a few things that needed checking on and ALI and his staff responded in a timely and professional fashion . They did what was promised, cleared other work with me and even faxed me a breakdown of recommended work as well as a final QUOTE if i requested so They charged me the BARE minimum , were kind and courteous and even followed me to the Rental car place and gave me a ride BACK to my car I wish ALL service oriented businesses offered as good an experience as Dastgah Firestone

I have been to many other tire companys before and was never satisfied until I came to Dastgah Firestone. Upon arriving, i was immediately helped by the owner and the rest of the friendly co-workers. I originally had asked for an oil change and was impressed at how quickly and efficient they did the job, that i decided to come back to this Firestone for all of their other car services and have never left unsatisfied. I just moved from Sacramento to San Jose and I had tried other tire companies that did satisfactory work until i came to Dastgah Firestone, this family owned company has made all of my car stresses diminish and they excell my expectations within every visit. Pros: excellent customer service and knowledge of cars

I have three cars that I regularly take to this location for service. My wifes Lexus IS350 I take it in whenever the maintenance required light goes on. I usually take my own canister filter, which retails for $15-22. If I don't buy it from the dealer. Or I call the location before hand to make sure that they have it available when I get there. I think it's unrealistic to expect a $21.99 oil change when the filter is 15 bucks and it takes 6 quarts of oil! The older Lexus IS300 used a regular spin on filter, not the canister filter found in newer Lexus. A lot cheaper than taking it to the dealer. Very happy with their service on all of my cars.

I found this place through Firestone website because Firestone sent me a coupon for $21.99 oil change. When I came to them they told me that they just use Firestone brand to get customers to come but don't honor Firestone coupons and their coupon price is $28.99. I said ok. Then the guy asked what car do I have. When I told him it's Lexus IS350 the guy said: "We don't have filter for your car since this is a rare model (!!!) and we need to order specialty parts for you. And this can be done only next day and will cost $44+ with tax." They think that if this is Lexus they can jack up the price and client wouldn't care. How can IS350 be a rare specialty model if maybe one out of 20 cars on the road is IS350?
