Horrible. Went in for a foil of golden hightlights to hide a few grays at the temple. Kim, all confident in herself, colored it and said she loved the color of the hightlight which after drying turned out to be red! Also notice many new white hairs that developed as a result of the highlights! Over $100 wasted!

I give this salon 5 Stars and am writing this review to correct some of the weird reviews already posted. This salon has repeatedly given me the best cut and color I have ever had. When I needed to no longer color my hair I was given a number of good options. I opted to have the color (dark red) stripped out of my hair and with 5 hours of special treatments and conditioners my hair is in great shape and I look wonderfully natural and not at all like the skunk I had imagined! Very creative treatment for a very current problem that us boomers are facing. Mat who did the job has all my confidence! Yes the salon is a hopping, happening place and when you put that many artists in one place who doesn't expect a few fireworks and drama. Do you want someone working on your hair who isn't an artist?

On the day I was there for a blowdry, my stylist got into a fight with another stylist and they ended up screaming at each other outside the salon in front of all the other clients in the salon as well as anyone in the parking area. Have never seen anything like it before. So unprofessional. I left immediately and do not ever plan to return. The place is like a soap opera.....

I returned 6 weeks later for a full foil and another haircut and had another wonderful experience...I'm thrilled that I found this place!
