I bought a watch here and didn't enjoy my experience. I was told that they would size it for free and when they sized it for my wife, they told me that it would cost $50. When I protested, they offered to split the difference and made me pay $25. After my wife realized that they took out too many links, she went back and had them add one and they tried to charge her! She told them that she wouldn't pay because it was their technician who sized it, so they backed off. Customer service was just not good and I would never go there again.

I bought a watch here and didn't enjoy my experience. I was told that they would size it for free and when they sized it for my wife, they told me that it would cost $50.
