Willett travel has helped me plan my last 2 trips to NYC. They were always very helpful. They even gave my my agent's cell phone number in case I had any other questions when their office was closed. Both trips, they booked hotels for me with no commission taken at all. Their office is clean, and well kept.

My family and I stayed here for one night before heading home, and it was the most memorable hotel of the week-long trip. It was fantastic! The room had an enormous bathroom, a hot shower, very comfortable beds, and a free newspaper in the morning. What put me over the top was the shampoo-- it wasn't the regular crummy hotel kind, it was made by Bath & Bodyworks! The TV had a decent amount of channels, and we had a nice quiet and undisturbed stay. Their pool was amazing too! It was Olypic sized, deep, warm, clean, and was accompanied by a hot tub. It surpassed all my expectations! I would definitely stay there again!
PROS: olympic-sized warm pool, free newspaper, big bathroom, comfortable & quiet
CONS: pool closes early, the bathroom door stuck, small shower

Spoiled is decorated in white and pink which instantly feels very girly and "spoiled" in a bratty sort of way. The staff are very warm and welcoming, however the princess treatment ended there.
I had an appointment for 2pm and waited in the lovely lobby until almost 3pm until someone could see me. This made me really angry because I don't have all the time in the world to sit and wait for treatments.
When I finally got into a massage room the technician didn't know why I was there. I told them I was there for a massage and after I undressed I was left in the room alone for another half hour. The room was cold, so I found it hard to relax.
I won't be going back to be spoiled again.
Bottomline: Spoiled spoiled my day!

I have now stayed at the Inn 3 times and each time has been pleasant. The Staff are very freindly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, especially the bathrooms are immaculate. The hotel is nothing fancy it has all amenities and it reminds you of old days (1950's). Parking is well lighted at night and guestroom doors have double locks with a sliding bolt.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who is on abudget and wants a clean room.
