I had my kitchen done 1 month ago by The Kitchen Factory and I am super pleased with everything. They came in measured everything up, redesigned my space and showed me their gorgeous cabinets. Installation went great and now I have this gorgeous kitchen to entertain my guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas! It was fast, easy and it looks amazing! I am planning my master bath with them next. I would recommend them to everyone! If you want a great looking kitchen and bathroom, this is THE place to go. Thanks!

Although I have not shopped at this particular INDIGO I am convinced you will find quality furniture. I typically shop at the Santa Monica store and I can say that it is wonderful. They make you feel at home and their service is great.

Compared to the other patio furniture stores in the area I would not go anywhere else.The staff is very friendly and helpful and they dont pressure you into buying something you do not want.They really go out of there way to make sure you are happy.Highly recommended

I purchased a dresser from this company, New Dimension Furniture also called New Dimensions Home on 4.28.08. I have not received it nor will they return my numerouse calls and emails asking for information, and now a refund. They created a (fake) DHL shipping label on line (that they emailed me on 5.5.08) However, DHL has confirmed they never supplied any item for shipment/delivery by DHL.- they simply went on line to create a label so that they could get a tracking # for an item they never shipped. I have filed a complaint/ claim with Pay Pal. And also filed a complaint with the Betterr Businesss Bureauu which are now being investigated. However, the company will not respond to them either. I will now be in contact with my bank to report a fraudulent transaction by them as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!
