My experience with Pedi Care Pediatrics has always been a pleasant one. Dr. Laugel who also happens to be the medical director of this practice is very friendly, knowlegable, loving, caring and thorough. I can honestly say that Dr's. Mongillo, Georgelas, Rivelli, and Johnson have the knowlege and expertise as Dr. Laugel, but my only concern is the Doctor who Pedi Care took on a short time ago. Although quiet and soft spoken to the children, he is extremely rude and has been to me on several occasions. One time I brought my son in to see him concerning an ear ache. I also wanted to discuss his behavior recently and when he was examing him I stated that I would like to discuss my son with him after the sick child visit. His response to me "It is not in my schedule to discuss this today!!!!!" If he simply did not have the time all he had to do was tell me so and then get back to me. Another time I went to Pedi Care and was given an appointment with this doctor. He was very rude to me again and interrupted me a few times while I was trying to get my point across to him about my daughter. I Love Pedi Care but will be adamant when I do call for an appointment, that I will never see this new doctor again.

When I took my pet here for an emergency visit, the doctor on staff was very compassionate. I was lucky because at this practive there is no telling who the doctor will be when you need to visit. I understand there are about 10-15 doctors that rotate so who you get is who you get. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room but the girl at the front dest was very stressed out and tried to hurry me out. I was appalled at the prices once I did leave and if I ever had to visit them again in an emergeny I think that I would have to think twice. Parking is plentiful but call ahead for hours as they are only open at night and weekend and the hours vary

Eva is a sweetheart AND she was having a moving sale (she's staying in Ryder's Landing, just moving across the parking lot)! I bought my wedding gown for $50.00! If any future brides read this before July 31st, 2008 and are planning to shop for a wedding gown, get to Classic Brides now! Maybe you'll be as fortunate as me and find a great deal in your size!

The Total Image Salon in Fairfield is a very professional and wonderful place. The environment here is very chic and relaxing with state-of-the-art lighting, decorations and environmental touches. Their staff is good at creating exactly the look you want. They are a bit pricey- but worth every penny. They also have excellent aesthetic services and treatments. They did the makeup of my friend's whole bridal party- 8 people with no problems.

Very nice restaurant right along the Housatonic river. Nice variety of seafood on the menu with no bad choices. Full bar and a large semi-outdoor bar for summer evening fun.

While I find Drs Resnick and Shoenthal to be extremely professional and competent dentists... I find his office staff to be anything but. I am often left waiting while they gossip and they seem to ask a million questions about anything but my dental history. I would go to this dentist if you are looking for a great dentist..I would not go to this dentist if you are looking for a great office staff that you have to deal with prior to seeing the dentist.

Take it from a parent who knows, Jim Clark is a rare find. Jim’s unique teaching style which balances discipline and fun really works. My 2 sons, Dan and Kenny, both take lessons from Jim. Dan plays guitar and Kenny plays bass and both boys truly enjoy playing their instruments. The progress that Dan and Kenny have made in such a short amount of time is incredible. I’m impressed not only by their talent, but also by the passion and enthusiasm they have for playing their instruments. And I’m not the only one that’s impressed. Friends have asked Dan and Kenny where they take lessons and have switched over to Jim after giving up on prior instructors.
I think a big part of Dan and Kenny’s success stems from the great respect they have for Jim both as a teacher and a musician. Jim emphasizes proper technique and the importance of theory. His teaching style interweaves so many facets of guitar playing, and music in general. At the same time, Jim knows how to keep things fun with his sense of humor, and by teaching Dan and Ken songs and techniques that they want to play and learn. Jim has introduced them to so many music styles and genres that they might not have otherwise been interested in. Jim Clark goes out of his way to make every lesson a positive experience!

The veterinarians and the whole staff at Shakespeare Veterinary Hospital are just wonderful. I would never take an animal anywhere else for veterinary care. They are very compassionate and understanding. We took our dog to a few different veterinarians before finding Shakespeare. We could never find ones we liked until we went to Shakespeare. I don't have a pet at the moment but when I do get another dog we will be sure to go back to Shakespeare, they are very caring and experienced.

What a surprise this place is...when you drive up you don't think much of it, but once you walk into the place your mouth will drop. Great atmosphere, with great food and wonderful service. The outside patio is very hard to get a table and you may wait awhile till one opens up, but its well worth the wait during the warmer months. If you can't sit outside, inside is just as beautiful with views all around from almost every seat.
Pros: Views, Atmosphere, Food, Service!!!
Cons: Long wait for outside seating (no reservations, only for inside)
