Instead of asking friends and colleagues where I should go for Physical Therapy after a car accident, I chose someone off of my insurance company's website, based on location. Big mistake. The physical therapist I was working with didn't understand that I wanted to heal as quickly as possible, and I would do whatever it took. He left me waiting quite a few times, and even forgot what we were supposed to be doing on occasion. I stopped PT before I should have because I couldn't take it anymore!
