Every summer I grab my family, load the car and head over to Staten Island for Ralph's Ice Cream. One of Staten Island's best kept secrets Ralph's ice cream is so good they are only open in the summer season. There's no place to sit so people usually hang around in the front or in the parking lot nearby. Ralph's has delicious ice cream flavors such as Rocky Road, Butter Pecan, Pistacchio and they also have frozen yogurt.

This place makes me wish for a perpetual summer. The cream ices come in the greatest flavors like cannole, cherry cordial, and chocolate mousse, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious! My favorite ices in the world! Totally worth the sometimes 45 minute wait on a sweaty, muttering line of annoyed people. Heck, its worth anything!

The number one ice cream/Italian ice store on the island. They make the best ice cream ever. There’s no indoor place to sit down. It’s like a bank. You go to the teller and say what you want. Instead of getting money you get rocky road, butter pecan and pistachio. It is only open during the Spring/Summer seasons so you better hurry.
