Every summer I grab my family, load the car and head over to Staten Island for Ralph's Ice Cream. One of Staten Island's best kept secrets Ralph's ice cream is so good they are only open in the summer season. There's no place to sit so people usually hang around in the front or in the parking lot nearby. Ralph's has delicious ice cream flavors such as Rocky Road, Butter Pecan, Pistacchio and they also have frozen yogurt.

They're right! Top Tomato DOES have top tomaots, veggies, fruits and even fish. Shop around for some of the freshest produce you'll find on Staten Island. Inside, they have a deli along with some small shopping isles so you won't have to travel all the way to the grocery store. It's a one stop shop! They also sell fish and meat. The deli staff is always friendly and helpful and the prices are much less than what I've seen elsewhere!

I tried chocolate mousse cakes from here during many birthdays and gatherings, and everyone loves them! Don’t know much about the service because I haven’t actually been in the store myself. The appearance of the store is also not too great, but the greatness lies within (its cakes!)

I love Entenmann's Bakery. I often go there to buy cheese sheet cakes. They are divine and always a hit! They sell great cakes, cupcakes, breads and bakery items. My favborite item by far is their fresh made sour-dough bread. It's always soft and the taste is the best compared to others. This is the place to go and buy some great treats for you, family and friends! I recommend this place to everyone and have never heard one complaint! Enojy!

On the corner of Tioga St., this nice little grocery store features a big deli large selection of fruits and veggies, a decent bakery and fresh coffee! It has a rather impressive selection of items for such a small space. Staff is very friendly with free parking and it's located next to a couple of bus stops.

The food aisles are a little small and fairly often packed but it's still cheaper than the larger chain supermarkets. They often run specials on many items but if you're buying any frozen items or meats bring a jacket with you because they keep all cold items in a walk in freezer and it get really cold in there very quickly. Brrr!
