A Confession

I am an Italian. I am a New York Native Italian. And I have a confession: I cheat at Italian food. It's not that I don't know how to cook Italian food. It's not that my grandma didn't give me her secret marinara sauce recipe. It's just that....well, Pastosa makes it so good, why bother to cook Italian from scratch?! And especially the specialty ravioli. Always buy their regular cheese ravioli fresh, but their specialty ravioli that they make and freeze is so good. The broccoli d'rabe and cheese ravioli is my favorite. and if you throw a few fresh basil leaves in Pastosa's sauce while your heating it up, grandma will never know you didnt make it. Unless she started getting hers from Pastosa too!

I love this sauce so much I buy it in bulk to take home and freeze in Saratoga Springs, New York. My friends have started begging for it as well! Outstanding.
