I was going to get my tongue pierced and I laid down and after two failed attempts and half a hole in my tongue, they decided they could not pierce it. So now I have a bleeding tongue which is purple in the center, no tongue ring, no compensation. Do NOT trust this place. They are extremely unprofessional! more

Great Art 8/27/2006

All of my tattoos were done at Tattoo Marks. The vibe is funky, relaxed, and friendly. The artists are great and the shop is extremely clean. Do yourself a favor, forget every other shop in State College. more
