If you want a full day's worth of rides, games, treats and fun but don't want to spend $400 for a family of four, Adventure City is the place to be! With admission that hovers around $15 and a great, small scale array of kid-friendly roller coasters, rides, amusements and activities, you really can't beat Adventure City!
It's all packed into a pretty small area- so at the end of the day, you aren't dog-tired and your feet won't be killing you! Yet the lines are usually small enough and the activities are plentiful enough that the kids can play all day and not get bored!
This park is ideal for the 8 and under set, in my opinion- with most rides being suitable enough for 2 and up. There is one ride that is for older children (6+ ish?), but most rides can easily accomodate all preschool aged children.
There is a nice petting zoo, live puppet/singing shows, an arcade, a train ride and they even host birthday parties or group events. The food is totally kid-friendly, affordably priced and there is a great little Thomas the Train area for play and lots of Thomas toys available for purchase.
If you haven't been to Adventure City, you have to try it!

My mother took me here as it's nearby her work. I was appalled by the prices and really thought there had to be a catch. But all food, sushi/tempura/udon, more was very very good! I use this place when catering for sushi regularly now, cliche but really, their prices can't be beat!

Have loved every meal at Park Ave.
Outside it doesn't look like much, but inside is lovely. The food is very good, and there are some good deals. We try to get there every month or so.
Chef David is the best.
Keep up the good work We want to try one of their wine dinners, will do that sometime in the future.
Nice place to celebrate an occasion.

This restaurant, simple and unimposing, has the best chicken I have ever tasted. It is served with 2 sauces, one really hot, the other barbecuey and smokey. The side dishes, like fries, and Greek salad are wonderful.
Diners can sit indoors or outdoors or take away. You will really enjoy the food here.

I've been to a lot of Japanese restaurants and they have all been good, but this place is the best thus far. Everything is fresh and tastes homemade, even the tsukimono (pickled vegetables) is amazing. Considering that Japanese cuisine is usually high priced, the prices here aren't that bad; a dinner might cost you between $14 to $20 depending on what you order. The portions are not as big as they could be but I think it's pure quality that you are paying for here. I normally don't comment on the service at an establishment but every time I have come here the people have been extremely nice and fast when it comes to serving you. If you want good Japanese food and good service then come here.

I have been coming to Taiyo for a very long time, and their good food and great service has always been consistent. The food they offer is very authentic Japanese, and you get a large amount for a very affordable price. They recently changed their menus, which now has much more wonderful food to offer. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
PROS: great food!
CONS: sometimes there is a wait because of the popularity

Very good fast food Japanese restaurant. Their lunch specials are inexpensive and good, and though others have complained about the quality of some of the food, I've never had a problem. Very good service. Family owned, so they're closed on Mondays and some Tuesdays. As to the authenticity, sure, it's not daring in any stretch of the imagination, but on the other hand, I've seen plenty of old Japanese folks who live in central Garden Grove/Stanton stopping by on weekdays for lunch, so it can't be that Americanized. One of the best restaurants in the area, and certainly the best Japanese in this area. It's a place we keep coming back to.

I placed an order for delivery. They delivered the pizza in no time and the pizza was still very hot. I recommend ordering their Grande Special because they use the fresh ingredients such as fresh tomatoes. The food is great and also their price!

I saw a good review for this place on another site and decided to give it a shot. I have lived nearby for over five years and never gave this place a try. I got to say it is one of the best places for Chinses I have gone to in a while. It's one heck of a value too. I took the family out for lunch ordered drinks and 5 different entrees and walked out with boxes of left-overs for less than 40 bucks including a tip that was over 15%. I will be back for sure. Also the service is first class much like the old school chinese restuarants.
Pros: Big thumbs up
