St. John's is a wonderful inpatient hospital, all the staff that I have encountered are very friendly and caring, but the ER is another story! I found the ER nurses to be extremely rude. I had to wait over 2 hrs after I had been taken back to a room, before a nurse even came in. I thought it was rude that no one could stop by and even bother to say, "hey, we're busy, but we just wanted to let you know." With patients atleast show that you care.
