When I visited this dental office, I waited a very long time and when I actually got my cleaning (main reason I went there) it was rushed and did not feel like full cleaning. Furthermore, I was not asked whether I wanted a treatment that my insurance did not cover, so I was stuck with the bill at the end of the appointment.

The day I went I had a very long wait to be seen. I don't know if this is typical, since it was my first time. The doctor I saw was friendly and answered all my questions. She appeared concerned and I felt comfortable with her. The staff was courteous and friendly as well as the nurses.

When I began taking my daughter to Dr. Florence, she seemed to be an excellent physician. Recently, I feel she has slacked immensely. She always seems in a rush when she enters the room, and often blows off my concerns. I have called a few times and have not received a call back from her nurses, and I find that to be completely unacceptable.

When I began going to Dr. Downer, I honestly did not like her. To me she seemed to kind of talk down to me. That was not the case though. What it was, was she was trying to get through to me about my health. I think she is a wonderful doctor, and she is very informative. Although she is no longer located at this location, I feel that if you are looking for a Nephrologist, she is definitely the one to go to!

I feel that Dr. Maurer is an excellent pediatric dentist. She took the time to thoroughly explain to me how to properly care for my daughter's teeth, and signs to watch out for possible problems. She was wonderful with my daughter, who does not always cooperate! Her staff was also very friendly. I think this office is an excellent place to take children for their dental care!

I have seen every physician in the SIU dermatology department, except for another female Dr. that was hired not too long ago. Out of the one's that I have seen, Dr. Buescher is the best. She takes time to actually look into your problem and answer any questions that you might have. She doesn't just dismiss the problem with a generic answer as a few others have. I am telling you that if you have to go to this practice, make SURE you request to be seem by Dr. Buescher.

I absolutely do not care for Dr. Yoder! She may be nice to other people, but both times I had to see her, she was rude to me, and spoke to me as though I had no education whatsoever! While I feel that she is not a personable physician, there are unfortunately only two Dr.'s including herself, in the area that are Maternal Fetal Medicine. Her partner, Dr. Amankwah, is very nice, so if it is possible, try and get in with him to avoid her!

To me, Dr. Brown is an absolutely wonderful doctor. Throughout my pregnancy, she was there for me. She is extremely nice, and she listens to all of the questions and concerns of her patients. It was so hard for me to talk to anyone during my pregnancy, and she was the one person I could trust. I thought so highly of her, I considered asking her to be my daughter's God mom. Although I am only speaking of Dr. Brown, all of the physicians in this practice are good, so no matter which one you go to know you will be in good hands!-

I think that Memorial has the best emergency room employees. Everyone, from the housekeepers, to the physicians are friendly. The doctors take the time out to explain what is going on, and the nurses are friendly. They are wonderful with children. Considering the rudeness of the emergency room nurses at St. Johns, Memorial Medical Center should definitely be your first choice!

I have been going to Dr. Bowers since I was 9 and he is a great doctor. Every time you schedule an appointment with Dr. Bowers, you never have to worry about him being rushed and not answering all of your questions and concerns. He spends as much time as necessary, adressing all of your concerns and answering all of your questions to the best of his ability. His nurses are also very nice, and the waiting room area is also nice, but I do have a suggestion.... if you choose to take your child to this practice while they are sick, make sure you sit in the sick child area... please!
