I had called the office before I scheduled a flu shot for each of my children and was told it would cost $15. My insurance covers up to $25 per child. I was billed $47 for each child's flu shot because there is a fee for someone to "administer" the shot which I was NOT informed of. I called the office and was told I did not phrase the question correctly when asking the price of the flu shots!? Hmmm... Now all of my children's vaccination coverage for the year has been used up and I still ended up having to pay an additional $15 per shot. I should've just gone to a health clinic and billed my insurance company myself. My family and I feel this is a very "slimy" way to do business. What person is going to pay nearly twice for a flu shot than they would anywhere else? I believe that is the reason I was not told about a $32 administration fee on top of the $15 for the flu vaccination itself.

The Nursing Staff is full of energy and information. They are always quick to return my phone calls and follow up on test results. The new staff is a happy addition to a wonderful office. We love to see Tanner the office dog. My kids bring him treats and they get stamps on their hands, of a paw print. It makes them smile. Thank you for being kind to our family.

I am Looking forward to many more years of great service. Dr. McManus has always been wonderful with our daughter. I would strongly recommend him and his office to others.

Good: Dr. McManus (and Jenny, while still there) show great concern and care for my children. I have great respect and trust in this doctor. They have always been supportive and helpful.. Bad: The whole practice has changed. There is no compassion or care from the staff other than from Dr. McManus. The receptionist has a rude tendency~ not comforting at a pediatrics office!. Improvements: ?????? obviously a staff turnover.... which is what happened when it took a terrible turn for the worse!.

I Took my daughter to this man who has been caring for my kids since birth when i had my 23 weeker micro preemie who has lungs of tissue paper he told me she had asthma an i was to take her home an give her a neb treatment well 2 hours later she got sicker an turned blue in the lips she was a gray color when i took her to see Dr McManus who mind you is supposed to be able to specialize in children an babies that have serious problems my daughter got to the hospital stop breathing the brought out a crash cart an i was so lost i listened to this man who i trusted for years an he almost killed my daughter she had severe RSV in a mirco preemie that is deadly an the man didn't even take more then 3 mins in the office looking at her DR McManus is not a good DR for anything serious just minor aches an pains nothing to do with asthma or special needs children ,,, I am really disappointed i trusted THIS MAN

Dr McManus has been so understanding of our autistic child. When most offices shunned us we have been welcomed with open arms and minds. We have been delighted with his professional yet down to earth approach. The office is beautiful and has to most amazing therapy dog named tanner, which my son loves. He is much easier to take to the Doctor now that he feels at ease. Thank you so much.

My young daughter had passed out and was running a high fever. I took her to Holy Family hospital and they ran a chest x ray and said she had a phenoumia. They transferred her via ambulance to Sacred Heart. At the time her Dr. Was Dr. Mcmanus. He came in the next day and looked at her xray and said she is fine to discharge her. I said no she is sick and still has a high fever. He said she does not have phenoumia, just a flu and her fever will go down. He sent us home. Her fever got to 104.0 and he said that is ok with her being young (she was 5). I didnt listen to him and took her back to Holy family, when we got there they gave her xrays again and this time the phenoima was in both of her lungs. He misdiagnoised my daughter. I have found a new Dr. Who is great.
