I think the veterinarians and staff at Baring Vet are wonderful. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They've taken great care of my pets. I'm especially fond of Dr. Luikart when dealing with large breed dogs. The one downside to this animal hospital is the price! Be prepared to break the bank if you take your animal in for treatment. I had my female lab spayed, microchipped, brought up to date on vaccinations and treated for an ear infection. The total was over $700. In comparison, I had a female lab previously and when I had her spayed and vaccinated (no microchip or ear infection), I paid $220 at a different vet. more

You want how much to neuter my dog 9/19/2006

I have a one year old male pomeranian mix who I needed neutered. I called a local clinic and they wanted almost $300 to do it. I had heard from friends that they had gotten their dogs neutered for about $60. Why the big price difference? Apparently they do blood work and special anesthesia and whatever! I'm not rich, by any stretch of the imagination so I opted to go with a less expensive vet and, you guessed it, my doggie is fine and not as amorous! Thank goodness. I wouldn't recommend Baring Blvd. Vets but I'll tell you in my next review who I would recommend. more
