: I called Schell Snyder Appraisals when we decided to put our home on the market. She quickly responded to the message we left on her telephone, and quickly arranged to meet with us the next day. When Schell arrived at our home she quickly and efficiently went to work to evaluate our home so that she could give us a honest, fair appraisal. She came to our house on Friday and by Tuesday we received our appraisal from her. All in all we felt that we received a very valuable service at a fair price. Her quickness and her professional, friendly attitude left us with a very good feeling and we would use her should we have the opportunity in the future
