We took our dogs here for the first time last week and it was the worst experience we've ever had at a groomer. We took our Pomeranian in there to get a lion cut and they just completely shaved her. They even had lion cut written down. We also took one of our other dogs in to get cut and when they called us to say they were ready to be picked up, we got there and he hadn't even been cut yet. We had to wait 30 min for them to cut him. Will never go back there nor will anyone i know!

Was not thrilled with the service here. I took my timid pup to be groomed and they did not take any time to make him feel at ease when I was dropping him off. When I went back to pick him up at specified time, he had not even been touched as by that point, he wouldn't let them get near him. I ended up having to muzzle him so he could be groomed. Had they taken 2 minutes initially, this would have all been avoided. Not impressed.
